Vermouth di Torino Rosso

Origin: Italy
Primary ingredients: preferably young wines and specificherbs
Production process: It is prepared from base wine by adding mixture of herbs and spices. These additives are infused and macerated in a base white wine, than the liquid is filtered and fortified adding alcohol. At last, the liquid is sweetened with sugar and caramel.
Visual exam: dark red color withwarm reflections.
Olfactory exam: citrus and bitter perfume.
Taste exam: spicy bitter notes with a citrus aftertaste.
Alcohol content: 17%vol.
